1. Data controller

2. Data we collect

We only collect the data needed to answer you and run the site:

• Quote request (/devis): name, email address, phone, event type, date, number of guests, selected dishes and any message.
• Contact form: name, email and the content of your message.
• Technical data: IP address and browsing information, processed transiently for security and rate-limiting (anti-spam). Identifiers (IP, email) used for rate-limiting are hashed.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Legal bases: art. 31 FADP (Switzerland) and art. 6 GDPR (EU) where it applies.

• Answer your quote and contact requests and prepare a possible service (pre-contractual measures / contract).
• Keep the site secure and prevent spam and abuse (legitimate interest).
• Where applicable, comply with our legal obligations (e.g. accounting).

4. Recipients and processors

Your data is never sold. It may be processed by the following contractually bound providers:

• Hostinger — website and database hosting (servers located in France, EU).
• Cloudflare — content delivery network, anti-bot protection (Turnstile) and security filtering.

5. Hosting and data transfers

Data is hosted in France (European Union), a country recognised by Switzerland and the EU as offering adequate protection. Cloudflare, whose parent company is in the United States, acts as a technical intermediary; any transfers are governed by standard contractual clauses.

6. Retention

Quote and contact requests are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and the business relationship, then [TODO: retention period — e.g. 3 years] before deletion. Technical security data is kept only transiently.

7. Your rights

Under the FADP and, where applicable, the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to and restrict the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability.

• You may lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or your EU data-protection authority.

8. Cookies and trackers

This site uses no advertising or analytics cookies. Only cookies strictly necessary for operation and security (notably Cloudflare Turnstile, which protects the quote form against bots) may be set. These cookies are exempt from consent.

9. Security

The site is served exclusively over HTTPS (TLS). We apply technical measures such as rate-limiting, hashing of rate-limit identifiers and browser security headers to protect your data.
